Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notified 7 days prior to scheduled arrival will not be charged.
A 50% of the amount due will be charged, if cancellation is notified less than a week prior to scheduled arrival.
A credit card will be necessary to guarantee reservation.
A deposit is requested for more than 3 days’ stays payable  by credit card or bank transfer.
